During the workshop, you’ll learn my foolproof, no-fail sourdough recipe. From mixing and folding to shaping and baking, I’ll guide you through each step of the process. To top off the experience, enjoy a delicious bread tasting at the end of the session. You'll leave with my no-fail recipe, a banneton with dough ready to bake at home, a few essential bread-making tools, and your very own sourdough starter—ready for all your future baking adventures.
