I’m Julie Quenneville, a French Canadian sourdough baker based in Sapphire Beach near Coffs Harbour and the founder of Breadology. I’ve spent the last six years perfecting a no-fail, time-saving sourdough method that fits real life, not just picture-perfect cookbooks.
Whether you're baking your very first loaf or trying to troubleshoot a stubborn starter, my workshops are designed to give you clarity, confidence and joy in the process. My mission is simple: to help you bake incredible bread at home without the overwhelm.

📍 Location: All workshops are held at our Breadology HQ in Sapphire Beach, just 10 minutes north of Coffs Harbour on the stunning Mid North Coast.
⏰ When: Workshop dates and times vary — we run bread, pizza, focaccia, gnocchi, and croissant classes on select days.
