I’m Julie Quenneville, a French-Canadian sourdough baker in Sapphire Beach (10 minutes north of Coffs Harbour) and the founder of Breadology Workshop. Over the past decade I’ve perfected a no-fail, time-saving method that fits real life—not just picture-perfect cookbooks. My approach is simple, practical and repeatable, so you can bake beautiful bread at home without the overwhelm.
At Breadology, I teach hands-on sourdough workshops in small groups from my Sapphire Beach HQ on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Whether you’re baking your first loaf, reviving a sleepy starter, or levelling up to sourdough bread, pizza, focaccia or croissants, you’ll get clear steps, real-world tips and a recipe you’ll actually use again and again.
My mission is to help you bake incredible sourdough at home—consistently. You bring the curiosity; I’ll bring the guidance, hands-on experience and a foolproof recipe that just works.
